Let M&M Heating and Cooling install the right system for you. The best way to do this is to call for a free, in-home estimate, on replacing your old, out-dated equipment.

When our estimator arrives, he will ask just a few questions about your home’s windows, insulation, your home’s hot or cold spots, etc. These questions are very important and help him to help you choose the right system for your home. We can even custom fit a duct system for your personal home.

Our Residential Division carries a complete line of Trane, Carrier, and Tappan equipment, along with Dynamic Air Cleaners, Space Guard Air Cleaners, April Aire Humidifiers, Honeywell Electronic Air Cleaners, Germicidal Controls and Fresh Air Ventilators.

Our Replacement/Add On specialist are trained to design and install heating and cooling systems within your requirements or restrictions whether you are maximizing existing space, rerouting or adding on to your existing system.

From the moment you decide to have M&M in your home installing your new system, until the moment we finish, we guarantee a worry free installation and of course years of 24-hour service to back us up in the event you may need us. At M&M Heating and Cooling during the cooler months, we guarantee heat back on the same day. We give credit to our highly trained staff and installers for making this happen.

HUMIDIFIERS

Here at M&M Heating and Cooling we carry a complete line of Aprilaire Humidifiers. We feel that Aprilaire Humidifiers are the Cadillac of all humidifiers. They are easy to install and maintain.

It is very important to have humidity in your home. Humidity helps keep furniture and everything else made of wood in your home from shrinking or cracking. Humidity also makes the air in the home heavier and more comfortable in the cooler months.

The Model 600 automatic humidifier is a computer-equipped, bypass humidifier that also features state-of-the-art automatic control! It utilizes an outdoor temperature sensor for monitoring even the slightest changes in temperature. It can deliver up to 50% more humidity in comparison to competitive units for maximum comfort. With flexibility in mind, this humidifier can be installed in manual mode if needed. Even in manual mode, you can enjoy the benefits of computer accuracy. It also includes a built-in bypass damper that’s conveniently labeled for summer and winter settings. The Model 600 has an evaporation capacity of 0.70 gallons per hour.

An excellent choice for installation on a heat pump application, the evaporation capacity will be .65gph. Due to lower plenum temperature, the unit should be hooked up to hot water. It can handle up to 3,700 square feet if the home is tightly constructed.

The Model 400 bypass humidifier uses new evaporation technology to provide all the benefits of a flow through unit {simple and infrequent maintenance}, without the need for connection to a drain. It’s the perfect choice for homes with septic systems or where a floor drain is not available. The Model 400 is the most environmentally friendly unit on the market today, because it’s advanced design uses 100% of the water that goes into the unit. This eliminates the problems associated with drum and portable units {burned out components, stagnant water and frequent maintenance}. Its computer-equipped control delivers the optimum level of humidity to the home, eliminating annoying static electric shock and preserves furnishings. Its evaporative capacity is 0.70 gallons per hour.

A New Standard
Aprilaire Humidifiers have always set the standard in humidification. And now the standard has been raised again, with the introduction of the revolutionary Aprilaire Automatic Humidifier. Computer-equipped, it automatically adjusts to ensure the optimum level of indoor humidification. As the world’s first completely automatic humidifier, it features an exclusive, automated “no-touch” computer operation, which eliminates the need for constant manual adjustments. Only an Aprilaire Automatic Humidifier delivers up to 50% more moister the other humidifiers for the improved comfort, well-being, preservation, and energy savings. And that’s what you buy a humidifier for. Tests also show that the Aprilaire Automatic Humidifier is three times more accurate and four times more reliable than other humidifiers.

GERMICIDAL

Installed directly inside forced-air ductwork, UV-Aire silently and effectively reduces airborne contaminants including: Molds, Bacteria, Yeasts, Dust Mites, Viruses, and Fungi.

UV-Aire uses the energy from a specially designed, high-intensity UV-C lamp to reduce microorganisms in the entire home as they cycle through the HVAC system. The process requires very little maintenance and costs just pennies a day to operate.

FRESH AIR VENTILATION

A RecoupAerator® is an air exchanger and air ventilation system that can dramatically improve your indoor air quality. In the heat, ventilation, and air conditioning business (HVAC), our air exchangers are called energy recovery ventilators (ERVs).

The RecoupAerator® exchanges stale air with fresh, filtered air while maintaining indoor temperature and humidity. The RecoupAerator® is extremely energy efficient. You can’t find a better ERV than the RecoupAerator®. Compare us to other air cleaners!

At the heart of our technology is our patented heat exchange core, which is rated at 95% efficiency. That means our ventilation system recovers nearly all of your home’s heat or coolness as it exchanges air. Our heat transfer material is also a durable, washable MERV 8 filter – filtering out 98% of pollen, mold spores, and other pollutants. There is no other ventilator on the market using our patented technology.

The RecoupAerator® easily installs in any home. Our whole house unit (ducted) is perfect for new and existing homes. We are also pleased to offer a window unit (install it yourself) for ventilating a single room (such as a nursery), an apartment, or part of a house.
